ChambaNOW is a bilingual English/Spanish marketplace that connects day laborers and skilled trade workers with the people and businesses that need to hire them: contractors, landscapers, movers, property managers, cleaning and restoration companies, and homeowners with one-off projects. Hirers post a job in a couple of minutes and can search available workers by trade, ZIP code and hourly rate. Every job post is automatically translated between English and Spanish, so it reaches Spanish-speaking workers, and in-app chat translates each message so both sides can write in their own language. Workers create a free profile, set their own rates, list their skills and apply to local jobs. ChambaNOW is always free for workers, and new hirers get their first month free with unlimited job postings. There is no agency markup or per-shift commission. Launched in June 2026, ChambaNOW gets 80,000+ monthly visits and is used by thousands of workers across US cities, with city job pages for metros like Sacramento, Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas, Phoenix and New York.
